Hutchinson Utilities Commission welcomes you as an applicant for employment.
Hutchinson Utilities Commission is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity. HUC will not discriminate against job applicants, employees, or members of the public on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, disability, sexual orientation, genetic information or age.
Application Process
HUC’s online application process allows you to save your application information so that you can apply for jobs without re-entering the same information.
As you complete the online application and any supplemental questionnaire, be sure to emphasize the skills and experience that prepare you for the job. Responses to the supplemental questionnaire, if required, are part of the application screening process. Be specific when responding to questions and do not combine answers or use “see above” or “see resume.” Keep a copy of your completed application for your records. You must submit your application materials no later than 11:59 p.m. on the closing date. Incomplete applications and late applications will not be considered.
Résumés and cover letters may be included with the application materials, but will not be accepted in lieu of a completed HUC application. Do not indicate “see resume” on the on-line application. This will cause your application to be incomplete and not considered.
